She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and she also worked for Elizabeth Township Police Department and she worked as a waitress. She lived in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania until she moved to Florida in 1995. Dorothy was an only child.
On January 16, 1954 in Cumberland, Maryland she was married to Norman Morrow, Jr.
Dorothy loved shopping, playing Bingo, dancing, hosting parties and her dogs.
She is survived by her son, Commodore Norman Morrow III (Kathi) of Englewood, Florida, son, Donald A. Morrow (Sherry) of Rotonda West Florida, son, John F. Morrow (Judy) of Port Charlotte Florida and son, David A. Morrow of Englewood Florida.
She was the grandmother to Donald (DJ), Christopher, Lisa, Justin, Amanda, Kaitlyn and John. She was the great grandmother to 8 great grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Lemon Bay Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 28 with funeral services to follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Park of Englewood.
