Born in Sandy Run PA, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Stebnitsky) Kudlick. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carole, her children Scott Caesar, Ricci Caesar, and Kelly Prewitt, grandchildren Tavin and Tristan Prewitt, brothers John Kudlick and George Kudlick of Weatherly PA, and many nieces and nephews.
A graduate of Penn State University, he served in the US Air Force, attaining the rank of Captain. He earned an MBA from New York University and travelled extensively during his business career before retiring to Florida. He was an avid golfer, earning the nickname “Action”, as he was always ready for a match. He also loved to play tennis and gin rummy.
Interment services for Michael will be held in Pennsylvania at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice of Florida, 1158 Veronica Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
