

Richard was born and raised in Hamilton, New Jersey where he resided for many years. He graduated from Hamilton High West. He moved to Venice, Florida in early 2000. Richard was an auto mechanic all his life. He was employed by Patterson Chevrolet, Lakeside Shell and West Trenton Exxon. After moving to Florida, he was employed by Bill Buck Chevrolet for several years before retiring. Richard was a US National Guard veteran. He was a member of the Pearson United Methodist Church, where he served maintaining the church vehicles. He was also a member of the Willy’s Night Club for many years.
Many knew him as 'Mr. Fix-It'. Richard was happiest when he was tinkering in his garage with lawn mowers, pressure washers and other small mechanical machines. His passion was to use his gifted talent to take someone else’s junk and turn it into a working fully functional machine. Richard enjoyed the simple things in life. He enjoyed yard sales, estate sales and loved attending local auctions. He also enjoyed antique cars. He took great pride in restoring his 1927 Willys Knight. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. One of his favorite things to do was to enjoy the sunset over the Gulf at Sharky’s Pier with his beloved wife Linda. Son of the late Dominic and Margaret Dolci; brother of the late Jean 'Jeanie' Dolci; stepfather of the late Franklin Hoffner; brother-in-law of the late Kenny Crosley. He is survived by the love of his life wife of 35 years, Linda; daughters Kimberly Ingenbrandt (Eric) and Stacy Dolci; step-children Jody Antenucci (Vincent) and Gary Hoffner (Rhonda); grandchildren Thomas and Matthew Ingebrandt, Cassandra Anton (Matthew), and Michael and Vincent Antenucci; great-grandchildren Olivia and Evelyn Anton; sister Margaret 'Peggy' Crosley; uncle Ted Dolci; special uncle Julie Dolci; mother-in-law Lois Hoffner; brother-in-law Orville Secrist (Christine); several nieces, nephews, and friends including special friends Ronald 'Ronnie' Pizzullo and Ken Drew; his treasured pets - parrots Bogey and Homey and dogs Bailey and Barney. Richard will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's memory to the charity of your choice. Due to the current service restrictions, a celebration of life service will be held in Hamilton, New Jersey at a later date.
