

Larry was an Emergency Roadside Assistance Technician with Airport Towing for nine years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to music, watching movies and eating. Larry also enjoyed helping others especially those on the side of the road. He was a true highway hero with a big heart.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Rocio Acosta Ochoa: son, Larry Jay Caro Jr.; step children, Maria Acosta, Luis Acosta, Abril N. Vasquez Acosta and husband Orlando Ochoa Quijada; grandchildren, Antonio Ochoa and Natalie Ochoa; brothers, Rudy Caro and Richard and wife Lani Caro; nieces, Nikki Caro and Brittany Caro; great nephew, Kal-El Caro; sister, Michelle and husband George Galvan; nieces, Rachel Olivarez and Julia Olivarez; nephew, Joseph Olivarez; great niece, Savanna Salgado; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and beloved friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe Caro and Rachel Avila.
Larry was loved by so many and gave so much. He will be dearly missed, but will endure in all our hearts and minds forever.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014, 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura.
A memorial service will take place on Friday, October 3, 2014, 10:00 a.m., also at Ted Mayr Funeral Home, with The Reverend Jonathan Mulford officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Ted Mayr Funeral Home.
