Dear Josette, I am so sorry to hear of Marc's death.  Our families shared many happy occasions together when our children were growing up. I send love and deepest sympathy to you, Gerald, Bryan, and to Marc's wife, and their children.

Dear Aunt Josette, I have lovely memories of visiting and playing with the Egli cousins especially Marc at your home in Roy when I was growing up. The tree house in your back yard was a delight to spend time in and Marc was fun to be with.  Although many years have past since those days those times spent with family have remained precious and he will always be a favorite cousin to me. Much love to you, his wife and children and to Gerald and Bryan.

Dear Aunt Josette, I was so sorry to learn of Marc's passing.  When I was growing up I always looked forward to seeing Marc and the rest of your family.  The last time I saw him was when this photo was taken.  Marc was very smart and always fun to have around.  I wish I could give you a hug!

Dear Aunt Josette, I just tonight heard of Marc's passing and wanted you to know I have some fond childhood memories playing with him.  I remember one Saturday I came to visit and the two of us went exploring the neighborhood in Roy.  We were gone 4 or more hours and really upset you.  We must have been 8 years old at the time. Dear Mrs. Egli, Gerald and Bryan,

So sorry to hear about Marc's passing. I wish I would have run into him sometime in our adult lives.

Fond memories of one of the older guys in the neighborhood who consistently treated us younger guys with dignity. 

I will always remember his friendly smile and the fact that he was so cool despite the fact that he seemed to have no interest in being cool. Marc was just enjoying life.

He and Gerald taught all of us surf grommets the importance of diligently hosing off our surfboards and letting them dry off on the lawn and hosing clean our wetsuits and hanging them on the garage after EVERY surf session.
