Lynda will be remembered for the quiet grace with which she moved through the world—steady in her care for others, generous in spirit, and marked by a gentle, kind-hearted presence that brought comfort without asking for attention in return. Her warmth was felt in the simplest moments, and her consideration for those around her left an enduring impression on all who knew her.
Lynda is survived by her son, Matthew; her sisters, Eileen and Carol; her brothers, Peter (Claudine) and Ivan (Manon); her companion, Guy-Pascal; and nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her mother, Helen; her father, John; and her brother-in-law, William.
Lynda’s memory will be held close by her family and all those whose lives were touched by her steady kindness.
The family thanks the staff of the CHSLD Le Manoir de Verdun and those of the Verdun Hospital for the excellent care provided.
The celebration will take place on June 11 at 11:00 A.M at the St. John Brébeuf Church. 7777 George St in Lasalle.
