Beatrice (Betty) Winnifred passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 1st, 2012 in Vernon Jubilee Hospital at the age of 94 years. Betty is survived by her loving family: daughter, Joan (Paul) Bartsch of Sherwood Park, AB; sons, Ron (Susan) of Victoria, BC and Gordon (Susan) of Sherwood Park, AB; six grandchildren: Angela (Joe) Gauthier of Sherwood Park, AB, Cara
Anderson of Calgary, Kim Harper of Victoria, Leah Harper of Vancouver, Vicki (Jorge) Paredes of Calgary, and David (Jana) Harper of Sherwood Park, AB; five great grandchildren: Mitchell, Elizabeth, Haleigh, Cruz, and Emily; extended family and friends. Betty was predeceased by her husband, Alan, in 1991.
The Memorial Service will be held at Trinity United Church on Sunday, March 11th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Bob Thompson officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall.
