September 2, 1959 - August 1, 2026
It is with great sadness that we announce the hard loss of Joanne on August 1, 2026. She was born on September 2, 1959 in Calgary, Alberta, and resided in the Okanagan since 1980. She will be forever missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Randy Matheson, and her 3 sons, Cody, Corbin, and Reece. She was a great mother and instilled the life lessons of kindness, selflessness, and humour!! She loved long coffee dates with girlfriends, gardening, and photography. She adored all fur babies she was privileged to raise.

In respect for her wishes, Joanne will be cremated, and a private family service will be held in Carstairs, Alberta at a later date.
