Dear Margaret,
I was very sad to hear about the passing of Uncle Artie. I remember him well from when I was young. Always so kind and full of spirit. He was much loved by his family. He was great company for my dad and Aunt Joyce during those trips to B.C. They certainly seemed to have great fun and adventure during these visits. My family sends their love to you and please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.  Take care.

Margaret, we are very sorry to hear about the passing of our Uncle Artie. 

My father (Albert)had wonderful memories of your dad both from their youth, and then much later when my father spent extended time with him in Victoria and travelling to the US.

My wife and I only got the chance to visit him twice while in Victoria (he never got the chance to see our daughter Sofia) but I found him entirely lovable and caring. 

I hope you can draw some comfort from the fact that your dad brought joy and happiness to many people in his long life. Please accept our condolences at this difficult time.
