Eleanor Irene Roberts

Eleanor was born December 27, 1925 in Morse, Saskatchewan. She grew up on a farm with her brothers, Wilfred, Frank, Gordon, sister Winifred in Ernfold, Saskatchewan, moved to Moose Jaw to complete a business course. After completing her course her family relocated to Victoria in 1943. She married Howard Roberts in June 1946, together they raised their three children, Lloyd, Randal and Judy.

She was an accomplished business woman and an active member of the First Metropolitan Church where she remained a member of their Couples Club for over sixty years.

Survived by her children, Lloyd (Sharon), Randall (Anne), and Judy, grandchildren, Andrew (Kristen), Heather (Bob), Kimberly (Kevin), Hilary (Mike), Zale (Janice), Kory (Cody), great grandchildren Blair, Nora, Mia and Finlay, Chad, Hailey and Katelon.

Special thanks to the staff at Douglas Care Trillium for their loving and dedicated care of Eleanor and her family.

Memorial service will be held December 27, 2016 from 12:00 – 4:00pm, hosted by Lloyd and Sharon Roberts. In lieu of flowers donations to Juvenile Diabetes would be appreciated.
