Elizabeth was born in Watrous Sask. but was raised in Abbotsford BC.
Married John Paul Frederick and moved to Victoria BC in 1952. Elizabeth was happily married to John for 56 years and they had six children together. She loved horses, dogs, bowling, RV camping, traveling, doing puzzles with her friends at the Victorian and was an avid gardener.
