Evangeline was born in Blairmore, Alberta, to Anthony and Veronica Zur (Joss) on September 1, 1931. She was raised there and married Albert Arthur White in 1952 at St. Paul's United Church in Coleman, Alberta.
Evangeline treasured time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing, knitting and had a deep love for baking.
Evangeline is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline White; her grandchildren Robert, Kelly, Jennifer, and their spouses; and Kristina and Alexandra; her great-grandchildren Brayden, Miranda, Juliana, Anthony, Clayton, Corbyn, Mackenzie, and Lachlan.
Evangeline was predeceased by her parents; her brother, Walter Zur; her sister, Francis Bone; her husband; and her son, Gregory White.
A private family interment service will be held at Heatherdown Cemetery, Onoway Alberta.
