I am so sorry to hear of Fred's passing. I just found out today, Feb 13th.  He will truly be missed. He always had that twinkle in his eyes, and a friendly smile. I thought he would live forever. I am so sorry I have been away the last three weeks, but back on Monday the 16th, and hope to see you then. I will not be able to attend Celebration of Life, as I will be in Arizona for my sisters wedding.  Love you Mil,

I am sorry to hear of Fred's passing. When Mil worked at the Fairfield Pharmacy several years ago, Fred would come in to pick her up and we always had a nice chat. Such a lovely man. Deepest condolences to the family.

We always think 0f Uncle Frederick as the only Uncle of the Tupper Family we really knew. His flirty twinkle of the eyes and ready smile always greeted us wherever we met  We will miss you!!!!!

Great Uncle Frederick was a wonderful man who was full of life. Our thoughts are with our Tupper family on the island. Rest in peace Uncle Frederick, you will be missed dearly by all who knew you.

I'm so glad that I saw my Uncle Frederick at Freeman & Oleen 's wedding anniversary. I  will always remember that constant twinkle in his eyes and his soft  smile.
