Harold was a proud World War II veteran. He also worked for BC Hydro for over 25 years as a bus driver and then later as a service man. He lived in various communities including Vernon, Surrey, Coquitlam, Hope, Prince Rupert, and Victoria.
Harold was predeceased by his wife, Doreen; brother, Clarence; sister, Jean; and stepdaughter, Wanda. He is survived by his daughter Carol, son Rick, stepson Greg, stepdaughter Shannon, 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Veterans Memorial Lodge in Harold’s honour.
