Helen was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was the owner of Las Flores Mexican restaurant, working in the food industry for many years, catering and demonstrating for Woodward's Grocery. She loved to cook, laugh, sew, crochet, and create beautiful things. She was a member of the Pro Pats legion, where she loved to dance. Her love of travel carried her all over the world to places such as Japan, the UK, and South America, where she learned several different languages. She is predeceased by her kind husband Jose Jesus Gutierrez. She leaves behind her children, Ken (Shari), Cathy (Louie), Pat, and Bob, as well as her step-children, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family in the US, and friends around the globe. She will be greatly missed.
