Iris Anthony; Mother, Grandmother, and Greatgrandmother.
Predeceased by her husband (Doug), two sons
Kenneth Edward Willoughby (Jan) and Dennis
Willoughby (Sharon). She leaves behind her
sister (Hilda) and many Grandchildren, Greatgrandchildren, and friends.
Iris was born in England and came to Canada
at an early age. She taught dance and even
though she only had sons was an active leader
with the Girl Guides for many years. She is best
known within the family circle for her culinary
dishes at holiday time. The Pope’s nose of the
turkey, sausage rolls, and trifle were her
specialties.
The family would like to thank the doctors,
nurses and staff at ‘The Priory’ in Colwood, for
their kindness shown to Iris over the many
years she resided there.
Iris will be missed by all who knew and loved
her.
