Passed peacefully at home. A devoted wife to Thomas (Butch) Wormald. A loving mom to Debi, Angie and John. Amazing grandma to Tanya and Kyla. Cherished sister to Jill and Lee Niessen. A great sister-in-law to Dawn and Doris, her lifelong best friend Jackie Ralfs.
She leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews and extended family.
Many of her best times where spent enjoying fishing, camping and exploring the outdoors with Butch; a true partnership.
No service will be held as per Jan's wishes.
