Linda was born in Winnipeg in 1948 and in 1963 moved to Castro Valley California with her family. She served in the United States Army from 1966-1969 at Ft Lewis Washington. She returned to California in 1969 and began work in the banking industry until 1982 when she returned to Winnipeg and began working for Manitoba Telephone Service. In 1998, retired to Sidney BC and did much volunteer work at Sidney Intermediate Care Home and the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Extended Care. Linda is survived by her brother, Brian of Long beach California, Nefews Brian and Bradley.
There is to be no service at Linda's request. In lieu of flowers a donation to Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
