Norman Albert Loat Helgesen was born on January 9, 1933 andpassed away on May 14, 2018 andis under the care of First Memorial Funeral Services & Garden of Memories.
Celebration of Life will be held on June 25, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Capital City Yacht Club , 10630 Blue Heron Road, North Saanich, British Columbia.
