My beloved wife Penny passed away March 4th at Jubilee Hospital. Penny was a true life partner, a devoted mother and grandmother and a gentle steadfast soul. She came to Canada from England in 1969 and worked in Toronto, Vancouver and Victoria. For fourteen years she worked by my side helping to run a small business with 15 permanent employees plus 10 summer field crew employees.
A memorial service and reception will be held at First Memorial Funeral Services, 1155 Fort Street, Victoria BC on Monday, March 27th, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
