Roy passed away in his 99th year.
Predeceased by his wife, Tess, in 2022; and son, Wayne, in 2017.
Leaving behind his daughters Janice and Karen (Mark); grandchildren Shaun, Katlyn, and Tyler.
Retired from AH Winters & Son Construction. He was a member of the South Vancouver Island Rangers for 71 years.
We will miss him and his twinkling blue eyes!
