Mom was the last remaining "family pillar" from her generation.

FAMILY was Mom's whole world! Left with wonderful memories are her daughter and son, Sharon and Dave Allen, her grandchildren Kevin and Leanne, Bryan and Amanda, her shining lights - her great grandchildren Justin, Riley, Hailey, Alliyah, Brooklyn, her "second" daughter Sue Cuthbert, all the members of Dave's family, her numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends Elaine, Bruce, Doris and "Emma".

Mom was a Life Member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Queen City Chapter where she enjoyed many, many friendships over the years and spent many hours volunteering to raise funds for cancer care and research.

Thanks to Dr. Geoff Inman, his staff for their special care of Mom over the years, Deb Dougall, case manager VIHA for her caring support and guidance, staff at Selkirk Seniors Village for their care of Mom, and to the doctors and nurses of 4 A&B South at VGH who were so kind and compassionate to Mom in her final days.

Mom, Gran, Great- Gran we'll miss you terribly, but we take great comfort knowing you are now with Dad, Gumpy (Bob) who passed away in 2006 as well as many other family members and long-time friends.

With COVID-19 restrictions there will be no service and a private family internment will take place in early 2021. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate that you make a donation to the B.C. Cancer Foundation. www.bccancer.bc.ca
