Bill was predeceased by parents June and William Arnold Ross, brother John and sister Deb (Jeff). Survived by his wife of 40 years, Donna, brother Paul (Shannon) and sisters Aline and Katherine (Ed). He will be greatly missed by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
He had several jobs working in a Pizza Restaurant, in a Saw Mill, as a Reporter in 3 towns, Office Manager at an Auto Parts dealer, and over 20 years with the BC Government working in Payroll and Accounting and Pensions. He was an active Union Steward for many years.
Bill and Donna built a life together in Victoria, retiring there to travel, garden and see family. He loved to laugh, to help people and watching sports, especially hockey.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, July 13, 2026 at 2PM at 1st Memorial, 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria BC. Please dress casual (jeans are ok), as this is Bill we are celebrating!
