Carlos Rolando Garza, 40, of Victoria passed away November 21, 2014. He was born December 31, 1973, in Victoria to Norberto Garza and Stella Ruiz Nava. He was a self employed diver working on boats in the Port Aransas, Texas area.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, Norberto and Carolyn Garza of Splendora, Texas; mother, Stella Ruiz Nava of Victoria, Texas; step-father, James Nava of Victoria, Texas; grandmother, Hermila Garcia of Victoria; sister, Ann Marie Sandoval of Victoria; step-sister and family, Sarah and Kris Atkinson; nieces, Hannah and Kayla Atkinson of Splendora, Texas; sweetheart, Kristen Brashear of Aransas Pass, Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A rosary will be recited at 7 pm Friday, December 5, 2014, at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014, at 3 pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with Deacon Ed Molina officiating.
