

Erasmo Olguin Reyes, Sr., 68, of Bloomington passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones Tuesday, June 30, 2015. He was born June 10, 1947, in Bloomington to the late Arnulfo Sr. and Lupe Olguin Reyes. He owned E & E Grocery and Reyes Welding. Mr. Reyes was a retired welder and a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Estella Tijerina Reyes of Bloomington; daughter, Susan Reyes of Bloomington; sons, Erasmo (Patricia) Reyes Jr. of Victoria, Andy (Rosalinda) Reyes of Bloomington and Randy (Michele) Reyes of Placedo; sister, Mary Jane Escamilla; brothers, Don Reyes Sr. and Jesse Reyes, all of Bloomington; three grandchildren, Rae Ann (Sarah) Reyes, Brian Ray (Ana) Reyes and Bethany Rey (Matthew) Reyes; two step-grandchildren, Luis A. Trevino and Moises Trevino; one great-grandchild, Brian Ray Reyes, Jr. and five step great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Arnulfo Reyes Jr. and Oscar Reyes.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 2, 2015 beginning at 6:00 pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm.
The Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 am Friday, July 3, 2015 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Rev. Samuel Appiasi officiating. Burial will follow in San Jose Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Willie Cobos, Antonio Lamas Jr., Oscar Tijerina, Joe Anthony Tijerina, Pete Olguin Jr., Alfred Olguin, Don Reyes Jr., H. P. Longoria, Juan Rivera and Jeffrey Escamilla.
