Garland is survived by his wife, Frankie Sue Johnson Hadley; daughters, Gwen Bacak (Joe) of Ganado, Debbie Moreland of Edna, Tammy Flores (Michael) of Palacios; sisters, Rosie Lee Hadley, Renee Gonzales, Angela Hadley all of Houston; 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter; special niece, Myrtle Lee Flannery and great niece, Peyton Flannery.
He is preceded in death by brothers, Ed and Raymond Hadley; grandson, Derek Moreland and great-grandson, Tuff Moreland.
Graveside services will be Friday, January 5, 2018 at 2 PM at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Edna.
Pallbearers will be Bryce Moreland, Blayke Moreland, Blayne Moreland, Michael Flores, Elisha Flores and Tony Peeples.
