James Rodney Holt, 51, of Spicewood, TX passed away January 28, 2017. He was born in Robstown on May 19, 1965, was the son of the late James and Evelyn Holt of Bloomington, where he grew up. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator and owned and operated his own 24 hour truck service. James was in the process of obtaining his pilot license. He was smart, energetic, and full of life. James never met a stranger and made friends everywhere he went. He had an innovative mind and had many inventions.
He is survived by his children whom he loved more than life itself: Ashley, John, James and Cheyenne; sisters: Betty, Jean, Cindy and Penny; brother, John and 5 grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 2 P.M. in Crescent Valley Cemetery with Deacon Jim Koenig officiating.
