

Captain Jesse O. Turner, 51, of Victoria passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015. He was born September 11, 1963 in Alice, TX to the late Jesse James and Lois Fuller Turner. Jesse was a Captain with the Victoria Police Department, serving the City of Victoria for 31 years. Jesse is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy, and he was an officer of the FBINAA—Texas Chapter.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Hajovsky Turner of Victoria; daughter, Kristi Munoz and husband, Marco of Louise; sons, Justin Turner and wife, Sarah of Cedar Park, Dustin Turner and wife, Sarah of Austin; brothers, Richard Turner of Oklahoma, Matt Turner of Germany; sisters, Doris Davis of Victoria, Billie Jo Price of Bloomington, Tracie Turner of Bloomington and grandchildren, Mateo, Kristian, and Mya Munoz and was happily awaiting the arrival of a new grandchild from Justin and Sarah Turner in September.
Captain Turner will be in state on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 8:00 AM. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, from 6-8 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. A rosary will be recited at 1:30 PM on Friday, April 17, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Kirby Hlavaty officiating. Interment will be in Louise, TX at the St. Procopius Catholic Cemetery.
The Victoria Police Department Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers.
