Mrs. Turner:  God Bless you in your loss.  You and family will be remembered in my prayers every Friday, 4-5PM.

I can still picture Rhonda and Jesse often at the old Siesta Restaurant and when it closed seeing them move to Tejanitas just like my wife and I did.
I have been at the City 15 years, one-half as long as Jesse and recently, he was the head of our Bootfest Police Command Team and did such a wonderful job that the Bootfest committee actually requested him again in 2015 to lead that command team again. 
Like others shocked by his sudden loss, all I can say is that Jesse was a perfect example of what a police officer should be. All who knew him respected him, and that goes double for me. He was a good man, we will miss him at the City.

Seems like just yesterday we were in High School , going to our vocational class to be welders or machinist. I hadn't seen Jesse in years , but I will always remember him as a friend . I was shocked and saddened to hear of Jesse's sudden passing.   Please accept my condolences.  May God help ease your pain and guide your family through this sorrowful and difficult time.

Losing a sibling or family member is hard.. Prayers for your family.

Capt. Jesse Turner and I went through the Leadership Command College together and were members of the same FBINAA Region.  We became good friends and it was easy to see he was a good man wanting the best for the Victoria Police Department and someone I could call on for advice or to discuss an idea.  He will be sorely missed in the police community.
