

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Alfred P. Otto, whom she married on October 11, 1950; her parents, Ed and Lula Eisman Wagner; five sisters, Katie Smith, Irene Knipling, Marie Bailey, Nora Herbold, Helen Wagner and a brother, Francis Floyd Wagner.
Mary Ann is survived by her children Ronnie Otto and wife, Donna, Linda Goodman and husband, Richard, Dennis Otto, Gloria Heath and husband, Michael. Mary Ann is also survived by four brothers, Woodrow Wagner, Louis Wagner, Lloyd Wagner and Jack Wagner all of Victoria. In addition she is survived by her eight grandchildren, Jeff Otto, Jordan Goodman, Corky Goodman, Eric Otto, Jennifer Goodman, Sean Heath, Samantha Heath and Jake Goodman, as well as her two great-grandchildren, Jacob Wayne Goodman and Annabelle Rose Otto.
Mary Ann was always interested in needle work, sewing, painting and other arts and crafts. She devoted the majority of her life to raising her family, and found joy in spending time with and caring for her children and grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jeff and Eric Otto, Jordan, Corky and Jake Goodman and Sean Heath.
Honorary pallbearers will be granddaughters, Jennifer Goodman and Samantha Heath and nephew, Charles Bailey.
A rosary will be held at 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at Rosewood Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Monday, April 4, 2011, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
