Reba Adams Urban

Reba Urban, 70, of Victoria passed November 21, 2010. She was born September 4, 1940, in Marietta, Mississippi, to the late David Thomas and Gladys Wroten Adams. Reba retired from Victoria County where she was manager of the credit union.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Urban Honea and Kellie Urban Yarborough of Victoria; sons, David Urban and Christopher Urban of Victoria; sisters, Eva Marie Adams of Victoria, Annie Lee Slaughter of Arkansas and Violet Adams of Mississippi; brothers Danny Adams, J.T. Adams, Dawsey Adams, Gregory Adams and James David Adams of Mississippi; ten grandchildren and two Great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Emil “Shorty” Urban, a sister, Eulamae Pounds, and brothers, Bobby Ray Adams and Billy Joe Adams.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.

Funeral services will be at 10 AM Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at Rosewood Funeral Chapels with Don Angerstein officiating. Interment will follow at Collettoville Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be James Anderson, Thomas Anderson, Kevin Anderson, Jason Carter, Jonathan Carter and Tim Yarborough.
