Ricardo Aldaco Tejeda

Ricardo Aldaco Tejeda, 70, of Victoria, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Victoria. He was born in Victoria, Texas to Luis and Concepcion Aldaco Tejeda on July 8, 1955. Ricardo was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church.

In addition to his parents, Luis and Concepcion Tejeda, Ricardo is preceded in death by his son, Abram Tejeda, brother, Rudy Tejeda, and nephews, Steve Anthony T. Flores, and Johnny Louis Tejeda.

Ricardo is survived by sisters, Diana T. Echeveste and her husband Hector, Sylvia T. Bowman, and Susan T. Feher, brothers, Frank Tejeda, John Tejeda, Joe Louis Tejeda and his wife Ramona, David Tejeda and his wife Josie, Samuel Tejeda and his wife Ana, and Louis Tejeda and his wife Hortencia. In addition, he also leaves behind numerous extended family and friends, all of whom will cherish his memory.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 5-7 pm, followed by reciting of the Rosary at 7 pm, all at Colonial Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 9am, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with interment immediately following at San Jose Cemetery in Bloomington.

Honoring him by serving as pallbearers will be Timothy Joseph T. Flores, Jimmy Ray T. Garcia, Julian Rene Tejeda, Emilio Licerio, Jr., Juan Benavidez, Jr., and Brandon Benavidez.
