Sam was a radio repair man for many years in Victoria, owning his own shop.
Survivors include his daughters, Bessie Beliveaux of Manor, Jennie Hardesty of Cuero, Lovie Neill of Hope; son, Sam Neill, III of Victoria; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Nancy Ann Neill; grandson, James Nolan Neill; great-granddaughter, Lilly Grace Salehi.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 10:30 AM at the Shillerville Cemetery with Mr. Glenn Schmidt officiating.
