He was our good neighbor. He loves  oit filipino spring rolls and he even given me a transportation to my cousin's house when I needed when I was still a teen. Deep condolences to him and to his son

I had art classes with Tim at Victoria College and he was such a nice guy. I'd run into him every now and then in the last few years. I'm glad he got to do what he loved for a living. So sorry to hear the news.

Buddy - there's so much i want to write ! Other then the  multitude Of times we were on jobs ? Every time we made eye contact. On first sight . We would say say :  BUDDY ???

We were together a long time.  Lots of memories to look back on.  On the lake and at home.  His talent in woodworking, jewelry he made me, the voices he made, imitations of Tim Conway.......so many.
I am deeply sorry for your loss.

Tim will always be my best friend.  Water skiing, surfing, goofing-off, and simply enjoying life one day at a time.  Tim will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Locher family.

I was in scouts with Tim's son.  Tim was always willing to help with anything you asked him.  Many times he helped me complete projects and gave me wood to help me.  He was an artist who loved to create.  I will miss him greatly.

I worked with Tim back in the late 70's to early 80's framing houses. I discovered then how unique of person he was, so talented, so gifted!! In the short time we worked together, I felt as if we had been friends for years. One day while we were taking a break, he took my carpenters pencil out of my tool belt and in a few minutes had carved it into the shape of a finger!! Wished I still had it. My condolences to the entire family.

I will always think of you Tim popping a wheelie down Erwin. You could always make me laugh no matter what! Sending my sincere sympathy to the wonderful Locher family!

When we were growing up my cousin Tim was like a big brother to me, and I cherish all of my memories of him - camping every summer with the family at Garner State Park and getting together for family/holiday events throughout the years.  Tim had a great sense of humor and adventure and he was very talented. From a young age, I remember Tim always trying to perfect a new skill from riding a unicycle, popping a block long wheelie on his motorcycle or going the distance barefoot skiing. He was always joking around doing impersonations and one of our favorite saying was "Kule" and if Tim was behind you in a picture there was a good chance you would have bunny ears ! He also made beautiful jewelry - I still have one of the gold-dipped baby sand dollars he gave me as a gift.  As a child, I thought that I would always see my cousins, aunts and uncles 5 or 6 times a years and then boom life happens and before you know it  you haven't seen your childhood companions in way too many years!!! I am very thankful for so many wonderful memories of my kule "big brother" Tim, rest in peace! Our hearts go out to Aunt Jo, Uncle Dave, Paul, Karen, Christopher, and David. I never knew Tim personally, but I knew his father, who was my Spanish teacher at Victoria College. I also knew of Tim through the VHS crowd that attended Victoria College. He was well-loved by his friends. Later, when I lived in Victoria, I heard of him by reputation as a quality craftsman. 

My prayers are with his family as they mourn his passing. My hope is that their faith will sustain them until they see him and his children again in God's presence. May the Grace and Peace of Jesus Christ sustain them and all of Tim's friends in the days to come.
