Dolores Ann Serio, age 86 of Victorville, CA, passed away on July 26, 2017. Dolores was born in Chicago, IL on July 4, 1931. Dolores graduated from Proviso High School in Maywood, IL. She was married to August Serio on May 15, 1954. They were married for over 63 years. Dolores was a wife, mother and homemaker, but she also worked part time at the Whittier Public Library. She had a passion for reading, traveling the world and eating chocolate. She was survived by her children, Mary Katherine Metzner, Mark Serio, Robert Serio, Daniel Serio and Nancy Chambler her grandchildren are Michelle Delaney, Amanda Hawblitzel, Kimberly Hughes, Michael Serio, Ashley Chambler and Austin Chambler. Her great-grandchildren are Brooke Delaney, Luke Delaney and Eliana Hawblitzel. Funeral arrangements will be held at 1:00pm on August 7, 2017 at Desert View Mortuary.
