Grandpa Frank.  The strongest and smartest man I ever knew. Could lift a Harley engine, fix any car, could handle any gun and was truly a loving and kind grandfather to me. I got to grow up with him and had the best parts of being his grandkid. He was a true warrior and gentle giant with the happiest smile on his face whenever he was around his family. I’ll love him forever and wish he was still here to give sound advice with his calm heart and a twist of his famous dry humor.  Love you grandpa Frank. See you in heaven soon but not too soon.

My Frankenstein! Not a day goes by that i don't think of you. We miss you very much that it is hard to get over the pain. It was an honor taking care of you. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know you and grow to love you. I hope we see you in the new system of things. I can't wait for the day that you meet your little cadet/baby Frankestien. We love you very very much! 

First time I remember seeing my dad he was a giant. And he has been ever since. 

War has a way of hurting people deep down to their soul and I tell others that he died before I was born. 

however he made sure we were fed, tried to teach how to fix things which personally led to my lifelong  career.

I don't think I ever met the true man that was my father.

but I hope to meet him again someday.
