George Harris passed away April 27, 2018 at his home in Barstow, CA at the age of 83. He was a Korean War Era Veteran. George had several jobs in civilian life including postal worker, vending machine mechanic and salesman for Radio Shack, Egghead and Frye’s Electronics to name a few. He retired from the South San Francisco Reserve Police as a lieutenant in 1977.
George is survived by his wife, Sandra, his daughter, Susan Nikkel (Harold), his son, Kenneth Harris, 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Interment will be at Oak Hills Cemetery in San Jose, CA.
