Gladys Eileen White

August 10, 1925 – January 25, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gladys "Eileen" White, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, on January 25, 2025, at the age of 99.

Eileen White (Roley) was born in Shelbyville, Illinois, the oldest of nine siblings. She moved to California in 1946 and married Jack Edward White, who passed away in 2012. Eileen lived in Fullerton, Anaheim, and Hesperia over the years. She was always a mother, first to her siblings, and then to her own children, Steven and Debra.

A devoted and loving mother, Eileen adored her grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Her greatest joy in life was her family, and her legacy of love, care, and devotion will continue through them.

In her free time, Eileen was an avid L.A. Lakers fan and enjoyed playing golf at Hesperia Country Club. Known for her determination, she survived a serious stroke in 2016 and fought hard to live nearly to 100 years old.

Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, and is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends who will always remember her kind and caring nature.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on February 8, 2025 at graveside at Desert View Memorial Park.
