Born February 2, 1963, in Missouri, Joseph was born to Glen and Janette Chaplin. He was a loving and kind child, raised in a loving family that helped shape the man he would become.
For many years, Joseph worked as a truck driver, a steady and demanding profession that reflected his dedication and work ethic. For the past 20 years, he built a life in Victorville, where he made his home and formed lasting friendships.
Though his health took a turn, his spirit never left him. Joseph will always be remembered.
