surrounded by his family. Born August 16, 1939, in Stewart Village, MN to
Marcella Nieberle Simons and Paul Simons and grew up in Alhambra CA. He
served in the United States Air Force. He was employed by Ralph’s Grocery for 46
years and was a proud Teamster.
Ken is predeceased by his parents, four brothers and infant grandson. He is
survived by his wife of 52 years, Carolyn, his children, Cindy Wilhite (Randy), Gene
Simons (Linda), Chris Simons (Karan), and Sally Waterbury (Terry), 17
grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Our Lady of the Desert Church in Apple Valley, at 10 am on
Monday, January 4, 2016.
