Lillian “Joyce” Peterson, 91, passed away on December 23, 2016. She was born in Arkansas and moved to California at the age of 18 to support the war effort as a “Rosie the Riveter” at Lockheed Aircraft. She was married to her husband, Richard, for 50 years before his death in 2001. She is also preceded in death by her great grandson, Anthony. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Perhacs (Greg) and her son, Tom Peterson (Elizabeth), five granddaughters, two grandsons, and many great grandchildren who loved her. Graveside services will be held at Desert View Memorial Park in Victorville, on Friday, January 6, 2016 at noon.
