Richard is survived by his wife, Natalie Ann Hall of 15 years and his children Richard Nephi Hall, Rebecca Joy Russo, Joseph Alma Hall, and Ruth Llana Marie Hall . He had 5 grandchildren. Richard has 3 siblings. The two oldest are Virginia Hall and Carl Hall. His brother Kenneth Hall is buried in Trona, California where they grew up.
Richard served in the Army Medical Corp for 3 years. He loved this country and his city where he served as a director for 40 years. ( Mojave Water Agency, Association of San. Bernardino County Special Districts, and Hesperia Recreation and Parks Department).
At the age of 9 Richard was baptized and became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Richard served his Lord and Savior valiantly until he went home into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
