Bonnie Brantley Fowler

Bonnie B. Fowler, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on August 31, 1947, in Rocky Mount, NC, she led a life rich with dedication to her family and career.

Bonnie enjoyed a successful career as a Projects Manager in the construction field, where her work was marked by diligence and a commitment to excellence. Beyond her professional achievements, she found her greatest joy in her family, particularly her beloved grandchildren, who were her everything.

Bonnie cherished spending time with her family and enjoyed going out to eat with friends. Her warmth, laughter, and love will be deeply missed by those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Bill Fowler; her parents; and her dear Aunt Elaine Parker (Joe).

Bonnie is survived by her two devoted children, Joanna L. Brazle (Ed) and David Fowler (Kelly); her four treasured grandchildren, Tessa Fowler, Nathan Brazle, Sophie Fowler, and Scarlett Fowler; her sister-in-law, Margaret Rukvina; and her two nieces, Tammy and Cathy.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Smith & Williams Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the funeral home.

Her legacy of love and resilience will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
