My sincere condolences to Daphney's family and friends.

Daphne and I went to Fayetteville State University along with another one of our friends, Delicia Fairley. I do not go to the FSU Homecoming that much; however when I did I could always count on seeing my two good friends, Daphne and Delicia. They are both gone now and I am saddened because Homecomings will never be the same. I often reminisce back to our college days, seeing my two friends hanging out of the window at Joyner Hall; in fact they were the reason I HAD to transfer to that hall! I am the oldest of our Gastonia-Fayetteville girl groups. Tooooo many gone tooooo soon! Where will I find my laughter now?

I love my dear cousin so much and I will truly miss her.  I did not care how long we went without seeing each other, when we did it was like we never missed a beat.  I am praying for her family especially her son Christopher, whom she loved so dearly.  My dearest love from the Pettus-Hart Family in Clover, SC.

Ms. Queen, unconditional friend, the best person I could ever have been blessed by having you briefly special-touch my life.  I will miss you more than you can imagine.  The Father called you for a higher purpose.  My sincere condolences to your family and may the Lord guide them through this difficult hour.  May He keep you strong for each other and give you covering when you need it most. Respectfully,

I am a former next door neighbor to Daphney's mom, Pat Smarr. I consider Pat to be my dear friend. I am sure I would have loved her daughter as well. I want to express my sincere sympathy to all the family, and will pray for peace.

I was so sorry to hear of Daphney's death and I want to express my most sincere sympathies to the family during this difficult time. She was a highly valuable and respected member of our team here at CB&T and the effects of her passing are already being felt by all of us.
