Deborah Lynn Follo Clark, 67, passed away on October 17, 2025. She was born to Joseph and Ida Follo in Farmington, Connecticut. After graduating from high school, she joined the U. S. Navy and proudly served for ten years until deciding to devote her time to her family. She later worked for the Army Corp of Engineers.
Deborah is predeceased by her father, Joseph.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Kevin M. Clark; her son, Sean; her mother, Ida Kathleen; her brother, David; and nephews, Andrew & Jonathan.
The family invites you to a visitation held at the Smith & Williams Funeral Home, 4889 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 5 to 7 pm. The funeral service will be on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 11:00 am at Church of the Ascension Catholic Church, 4853 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach. Interment will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Albert G. Horton Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.
