Ms. Frankie Kincaid Snow, 89, passed away peacefully at home on September 5, 2022. She was born in West Virginia to the late Parley and Reba Kincaid. Frankie was a Civil Service employee with the Department of the Army for over 25 years. She was an avid reader who loved a “good book”. Frankie was witty, quick with a joke, loving, and sometimes could be a little feisty. She was a “social butterfly” who loved helping others. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.
Left to cherish her memory are 3 children, Charles Snow, Jr ( Teresa), David Snow (Tonya), and Cheryl Layman (Matt); brother Curtis Kincaid (Rita) of West Virginia; Best friend and sister in heart, Nancy O’Brien; 5 grandchildren, Jessica Snow Carpenter (Robbie), Felicia Snow, Haley Olson, Brandon Snow, and Holly Snow; 5 great-grandchildren, Brielle Wnek, Alivia Wnek, Hayden Marshall, Hollyn Jones, and Blair Carpenter; and several nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law.
