Norma J. Woodberry

She was born on January 15, 1935 in Pensacola, FL and was the daughter of the late Cheatum and Jesse Lee Kennedy and the wife of Earle B. Woodberry. She was predeceased by a sister, Glenda F. Wood. Beside her husband, she is survived by children Laura (Anthony) Carter, Richmond; Jennifer (James) Barr, Chesapeake; and Timothy (Shannon )Woodberry, New Franklin, OH; Brothers James (Joyce) and Richard (Debria) Kennedy, Pensacola, FL; 7 grandchildren, Justin, Zachery, Jonathan, Benjamin, Samuel, Addie and Kennedy; 1 great-granddaughter, Gemma; and numerous Brothers-in Law, Sisters-in Law, Nieces and Nephews.

She was a Registered Nurse by profession and retired after 23 years of service at Tidewater Physicians for Women in Norfolk.

A visitation will be held at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, 4889 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach on Monday, January 18th from 6 to 8 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 19th, at Kempsville Presbyterian Church 805 Kempsville Road, Virginia Beach by Rev. Steven Keller.
