Phyllis Joyce Barnette

Phyllis "Jean" Joyce Barnette, 84, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2020. Mrs. Barnette was born in Portsmouth, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents Eddie Jordan and Nellie Jordan; her husband Hartley G. Barnette and a son Hartley G. Barnette, II and her little dog Scooter R. Pooter. Survivors include her loving son, William Ray Barnette. Services will be private at a later date.
