A.E. "Nick" Carter was born on February 18, 1924 in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma and passed away on May 13, 2015 in Visalia, California and is under the care of Miller Memorial Chapel.
Celebration of Life Service will be held on May 23, 2015 at 10:30 am at Visalia First Assembly.
