Barbara L. Shelton, age 79, of Visalia, California passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023. Barbara was born in California to Elaine Pearl Henry and Charles Vincent.

Barbara is survived by her spouse, Deon Kenneth Shelton; her son Daryl Shelton.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father Charles Vincent and her mother Elaine Pearl Henry.

Barbara also leaves numerous family and friends to cherish her memory.
