Carlo Gay Jr.

Carlo was born in Austin, Indiana on January 23, 1956 to Carlo and Sarah Gay. His family moved to Tulare County when he was three years old. He attended Sundale Elementary of Tulare and Exeter High School. He married Theresa Renee Guinn on February 12, 2002 in Farmersville, California where they have made their home. Carlo was a member of the West Visalia Church of Christ. He worked as a Combi Lift Driver at Blue Scope Steele Company for over 40 years. Carlo enjoyed being outdoors, going fishing, going to the coast and doing his yardwork. Carlo is remembered as a man who spoke his mind – there was no sugar coating his thoughts. He and Theresa were planning for retirement soon and moving closer to their children in Oklahoma to share their love and to watch the grandchildren grow up. Carlo was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of fifteen years, Theresa Renee Gay of Farmersville, CA; two loving daughters Beverly Olea and husband Jeff and Jennifer Jamaleddin, both of Eufaula, OK; three sisters, Sally Gay of Waynesboro, TN, Mary Hills of Lincoln, NE and Sylvania (Olza) Stepp of Valsparza, NE and two very special grandchildren, Chloe Gay and Elijah Jamaleddin and a host of friends and extended family.

Celebration of Life services will be held at West Visalia Church of Christ, 4525 W. Caldwell in Visalia on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 10 a.m.
